Delivery Details

Delivery can be made to any address as long as the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for, unless the option is not available for your area or size of package. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Most deliveries will be made using Guernsey Post, which treats all mail as first class post and will send mail to the United Kingdom and other British Isles via the Royal Mail or Parcelforce.  Your order will be dispatched once payment has been processed and subject to availability. Delivery should usually be 2 working days, however, it may take up to five working days dependent on delivery area.

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, Coochie Coo shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Postage Costs

You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be calculated on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the appropriate delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.  You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

Our standard delivery charge is calculated with reference to the overall weight of your order.  If your order is urgent or you wish to enquire about alternative delivery options please e-mail us at deliveries@coochie-coo.co.uk and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

UK Sales Tax (VAT)

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are shown inclusive of VAT.  The current full VAT rate is 15%.  If your order is sent to a destination outside of the United Kingdom your sales tax will be zero which will be reflected in your invoice total and you will be responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.

All deliveries to Guernsey will be charged the price exclusive of VAT.

Force Majeure

Coochie Coo shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase from Coochie Coo please notify us at returns@coochie-coo.co.uk to inform us of your intention to return the item.  Once we have received your e-mail and have authorised your return, we will provide you with our return instructions and address.  You have 10 working days following receipt of the item to complete your return, and any returned items received after this date will be at the discretion of Coochie Coo Limited.

Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in saleable condition and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. Certain items cannot be returned, these are highlighted individually.

On the day that we receive the returned goods from you in the condition stated above, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card that was used in the original purchase. In the case of a damaged or defective item, you have the option of asking for a replacement to be sent to you or for a refund of the cost of the item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Coochie Coo Limited. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Cancellation of Orders

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by e-mailing us at orders@coochie-coo.co.uk.
